Abstract:

Outlier detection is a technique in statistics to find anomaly in a dataset or data distribution. Anomaly or outlier is a data object which is deviated from the existing group of data objects. Finding outlier in financial card or online transaction leads fraud detection or fraud suspicion. With the increase in the number of credit and debit card transactions, there has been a substantial increase in the number of fraudulent card transactions too. As the data of RBI, Indian banks are reported close to 27614 and 3835 cases of credit and debit-card related frauds between April 2011 and September 2014. There were additional 2000 cases of internet-banking fraud in that same period. In transaction details two dimensions are taken into account to detect outlier those are transaction number and amount. The outlier is detected based on the MDBA( Manhattan Distance Based Algorithm) Manhattan Distance is mostly used to find distance between two data objects.

Abstract:

Association-rule mining is commonly used to discover useful and meaningful patterns from a very large database. It only considers the occurrence frequencies of items to reveal the relationships among itemsets. In recent years, the problem of high utility pattern mining become one of the most important research area in data mining. High-utility mining was designed to solve the limitations of association-rule mining by considering both the quantity and profit measures. The existing high utility mining algorithm generates large number of candidate itemsets, which takes much time to find utility value of all candidate itemsets, especially for dense datasets. In this paper we have proposed UP-tree structure to reduce number of PHUIs(Potentially High Utility Itemsets ) and to reduce execution time in Incremental High Utility Pattern Mining(IHUP). This algorithm has two strategies which is compared with other existing algorithms in various aspects. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithms reduce the number of candidates effectively.

Abstract:

Cloud computing provides shared resources on demand. Resources utility can be increased or decreased as per demand. Cloud computing offer users to pay only for what they use and work load they use. Cloud computing mainly aims to cut down the cost by sharing the resources. Clouds are used in real time application like Gmail, Google Documents, Microsoft Sky Drive and Amazon Clouds, Drop box. Scheduling the work in cloud platform plays a vital role in real time applications. So we propose an agent-based work scheduling mechanism with Earliest Deadline First (EDF) scheduling algorithm in cloud computing. The mechanism is bidirectional announcement-bidding and it contains three phases namely basic matching phase, forward announcement-bidding phase and backward announcementbidding phase. In proposed system there are two mechanism namely forward and backward announcement-bidding phases and heuristics for selecting contractors which is called as ANGEL. This paper combines with EDF scheduling for the better performance to produce time-consuming and process executions. In real world application deadline has to be strictly maintained otherwise the result will be useless.

Abstract:

Radio technologies have started its generation and evidenced a multidimensional and rapid growth with the launch of its analogue systems in the year of 1980s. Digitise the wireless communications was enhanced from 1G, 2G, 3G, 4G and finally as 5 G to satisfy the needs of human needs of everyday. With the ultraspeed speed technology the usability are far beyond the expectations and limitations in the revolution of upcoming mobile technology. Through the common wide area radio access technology a flexible network of WiMAX and LTE has enabled with the convergence of fixed and mobile networks. This mobile technology promises with high data speed with full mobility and high speed, similarly high capacity IPV shall used to maintain the completeness of the service.

Abstract:

In the information age, one of the most influential institutions is education. The recent emergence of MOOCS is a sample of the new expectations that are offered to university students. Basing decisions on data and evidence seems obvious, and indeed, research indicates that data-driven decision-making improves organizational productivity. The most dramatic factor shaping the future of higher education is Big Data and analytics. Big Data emphasizes that the data itself is a path to value generation in organizations and it is, also, a critical value for higher education institutions. The emerging practice of academic analytics is likely to become a new useful tool for a new era. Analytics and big data have a significant role to play in the future of higher education. This paper attempts an analytical practice about the use of e-learning technological tools to generate relevant information, for the teacher and the students who try to optimize their learning process. This combination of data-processing and analytical learning is an aid to improve significantly higher education and mark the path to follow in the new educational era.

Abstract:

This Online Feedback system is most essential for academic institutions in educational system. This paper aims to explain the easiest way of web based feedback system for academic performance of the faculty. This web based Tool was developed using Visual studio 2010 framework with ASP.NET and SQL Server. Feedback Input parameters related to teaching effects is given to students about faculty was designed with ASP.NET.It has been collected from the students through online and result shows performance of individual faculty score as well as all the faculty handled subjects. Using that outcome, reduce the manual work and it helps faculty to improve the effectiveness of the course and teaching skills.

Abstract:

In the process of storing data to the cloud, and retrieving data back from the cloud, there are mainly three elements that are involved, namely the client, the server and the communication between them. In order for the data to have the necessary security, all three elements must have a solid security. For the client, it is mostly every user’s responsibility to make sure that no unauthorized party can access his machine. When talking about security for cloud storage, it is the security for the two remaining elements that is our main concern. On the server side, data must have confidentiality, integrity and availability. Confidentiality and integrity of data can be ensured both on the server side and on the client side. In this paper we have discussed security around cloud storage.
