Abstract:

In Government hospitals, some of which are among the best hospitals in Tamilnadu, provide treatment at taxpayer expense. Government hospitals provide treatment either free or at minimal charges. But Hospital treatment costs in these hospitals depend on financial condition of the patient and facilities utilized by him but are usually much less than the private sector. For instance, a patient is waived full treatment costs if he is below poverty line. Another patient may seek for an air conditioned room, if he is willing to pay extra for it. The charges for basic inhospital treatment and investigations are much less in public hospitals as compared to the private hospitals. Healthcare sector of a country needs special attentions from the government as quality of healthcare provides hope and relief to the patients and their dependents. The objective of this study is to compare the quality of health care services delivered by the public and private hospitals to gain patient satisfaction in Pakistan. Five service quality dimensions; empathy, tangibles, assurance, timeliness and assurance were used in order to measure the patient’s perceptions about the service quality of public and private hospitals in TamilNadu. Due to the nature of this study only those respondents were included in the study having perceptions about both the hospitals. This study is taking of data mining techniques using Apriori Algorithm. Results showed that private hospitals are delivering better quality of services to their patients as compared to public hospitals.

Abstract:

An Automated Teller Machine is a computerized telecommunication device that provides the access to financial transactions in a public space without the need for a human clerk or bank teller. Over time students have come to depend on and trust the Automatic Teller Machine to conveniently meet their banking needs. This paper investigated the adoption and usage of e-banking and determined the categories of using ATM, how often they use them and for what transaction. It also addressed the problems and challenges of students have with ATM. At first, the goal is to enhance an explorative analysis that can be expected, is to give insight of the data in order to reveal or extract the relevant structure of and patterns in the data. An increase in debit card among college students continues to create emotional stress, anxiety and academic turmoil for students nationwide. Purchases made without thought about accumulation of debit have limited the employment options for some college graduates. Others had to file for bankruptcy before they had their first job. There is a need to find solutions for students who can no longer bear the emotional strain caused by debit card. This process is done by using Apriory Algorithm in data mining and we select with the R- Tool.

Abstract:

In computer vision, video stitching is a very interesting problem. In this paper, we proposed an efficient and effective novel video stitching method based on fast structure deformation that is capable of simultaneously achieving quality stitching and computational efficiency. In our method, firstly, a two-stage seam searching algorithm is designed to search two distinct but structurally corresponding seams in the two original images. The seam location of the previous frame is further considered to preserve the inter-frame consistency. Real-time seam update is performed to reduce the deformation effect caused by moving objects. Secondly, along the double seams, 1-D feature detection and matching is performed to capture the structural relationship between the two adjacent views. Thirdly, after feature matching, we propose an efficient algorithm to linearly propagate the deformation vectors to eliminate structure misalignment. At last, image intensity misalignment is corrected by rapid gradient fusion based on the successive over slackening iteration (SOSI) solver. A principled solution to the initialization of the SOSI significantly reduced the number of iterations required. Compared to image stitching, video stitching faces several new challenges including temporal coherence, dominate foreground objects moving across views and camera jittering. Experimental results show that our method to perform the existing ones compared in terms of overall stitching quality and computational efficiency. A novel searching algorithm based on enhanced dynamic programing is presented, which can obtain satisfactory result and achieve better real-time performance.

Abstract:

Keyword searches are a good substitute for a subject search. It is useful when you do not know the standard subject heading. Many large-scale RDF knowledge bases with billions of facts are generating due to the growth of semantic data on the Web. This poses significant challenges for the storage and query of big RDF graphs. It is used for exploring large RDF (Resource Description Framework) Graph which is used as a W3C standard to describe data in the Semantic Web for many real time applications. In Existing techniques, RDF Data may often suffer from the unreliability of their data sources, and exhibit errors or inconsistencies. In this paper, we overcome these kinds of inconveniences with the help of an important problem, keyword search query over probabilistic RDF graphs (namely, the pg-KWS query) by probabilistic RDF graphs. To retrieve meaningful keyword search answers, we design the score rankings for sub graph answers specific for RDF data. Furthermore, we propose effective pruning methods to quickly filter out false alarms. We construct an index over the pre-computed data for RDF. We also present an efficient query answering approach through the index. Experiments have been conducted to verify the proposed approaches.

Abstract:

Network lifetime maximization and the target detection is the most important issue in wireless sensor network. The WSN motivated hundreds of applications in many domains, such as healthcare, emergency responses, traffic control, and military applications. The capability is to sense the environment and respond properly in automated manner. Many studies in the literature have addressed the problem of evaluating the performance of sensor network based on detection probability. It is difficult to detect the target in sensor networking since it is dependent on the topology of the sensor deployment and the location of the target. There has been a great interest to utilize WSN for military applications and especially in border protection. Focus on minimizing energy consumption and maximizing network lifetime for data relay in one-dimensional (1-D) queue network. The sensors on the devices extract physical information from the environment, such as temperature through a temperature sensor, pressure through a barometer, noise through a microphone, and even an image through a camera or thermal camera. Specifically, an Energy Saving via Opportunistic Routing (ENS_OR) algorithm is designed to ensure minimum power cost during data relay and protect the nodes with relatively low residual energy and DOA algorithm.
